To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both the giver and the recipient, we have outlined the following policy regarding the purchase and use of our gift vouchers:

1. Purchase and Redemption:

• Gift vouchers can be purchased either online through our website or in person at our studio.

• Vouchers are available in various denominations from $50 AUD to $10,000 AUD and can be customized to suit individual preferences.

• Vouchers are redeemable for any photography service offered by Hesh Studios, including but not limited to portrait sessions, event coverage, and product photography.

• To redeem a voucher, recipients must schedule an appointment with our studio and present the voucher prior to booking.

2. Expiry Date:

• Gift vouchers are valid for a period of three years from the date of purchase.

• It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to ensure that the voucher is used within the specified validity period.

• Expired vouchers will not be honored, and no extensions or refunds will be provided.

3. Transferability:

• Gift vouchers are not transferable.

• Hesh Studios is not responsible for any lost or stolen vouchers, and replacements will not be provided.

4. Booking and Cancellation:

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance, subject to the availability of our photographers.

• In the event that a scheduled appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, we require a minimum notice period of one week to avoid forfeiture of the voucher.

• Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the voucher being deemed void for the missed appointment.

5. Terms and Conditions:

• Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other vouchers.

• Vouchers cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless otherwise stated.

• Hesh Studios reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By purchasing or redeeming a gift voucher from Hesh Studios, both the giver and the recipient agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
