All photography services are subject to availability and scheduling.
2. Booking and Payment:
To book a photography session, you must contact us to discuss availability and pricing.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before or on the day of the photography session.
We accept payment via bank deposit.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your photography session, please contact us as soon as possible.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking if the session is rescheduled with sufficient notice.
4. Photography Rights and Usage:
Hesh Studios retains all rights to the photographs taken during your session, including but not limited to copyright and ownership.
By engaging our photography services, you grant us the right to use your photographs for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials. We respect your privacy and will not use any sensitive or personal images without your consent.
5. Image Delivery and Retouching:
After your photography session, we will provide you with a selection of edited images for review and selection.
Additional editing or retouching services may be available upon request and may be subject to additional fees.
6. Client Cooperation:
We rely on your cooperation to ensure the success of your photography session. Please communicate your preferences, concerns, and any special requests in advance.
You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits, permissions, and access arrangements are in place for the photography session, especially for sessions held in public or private locations.
7. Liability and Indemnity:
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our clients and their property during photography sessions, Hesh Studios is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft that may occur.
You agree to indemnify and hold Hesh Studios harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our photography services.
8. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
9. Amendments:
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website.
